TY Induction is professional in design and manufacturing XRF Sample Preparation Equipment. We newly developed the Fully automated Electric Fusion Furnaces are used for preparing high-quality glass-disc samples for X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) analysis.

The newly developed Electric Fusion Furnaces is used advanced silicon molybdenum rod heating technology and an intelligent control system solve the problems of uneven temperature and high energy consumption associated with traditional gas-fired or resistance wire melting furnaces. They provide users in cement, mining, metallurgy, glass, ceramics, and geological research fields with efficient, uniform, safe, and highly repeatable sample preparation solutions.
TY Induction newly developed XRF Sample Preparation Electric Furnaces consists of three core systems working in precise coordination:
1. Heating System: uses high-quality U-shaped molybdenum disilicide resistance heating elements, boasting excellent oxidation resistance and an ultra-long lifetime. The maximum temperature reaches 1750℃, meeting the needs of most high-temperature sample preparations.
2. Intelligent Control System: Equipped with a high-performance industrial-grade PLC and touchscreen, enabling one-button operation. Supports multi-segment program settings, allowing precise control of temperature, time, rotation speed, and oscillation frequency, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.
3. Precision Mechanical System: Utilizes an automated feeding and casting mechanism driven by a servo motor, ensuring smooth and quiet operation, precise and reliable positioning, and guaranteeing high consistency in each sample preparation.
