Due to build in cooling water circulation system, it can work without a separate external water source. The cooling water circulation system can use pure water and antifreeze according to different regions, which can effectively solve the equipment damage caused by the fouling of the equipment caused by the poor water quality and the blockage of the waterway and the freezing of the cooling water caused by the low temperature, and improve the service life of the equipment.
TY Induction’s induction heating system adopts the integrated design of induction heating power supply, cooling water circulation system and automatic control system, and is installed on a small cart, thus completely solving the problems of inconvenient movement of the equipment and the need for an external cooling water source during field working.
TY Induction’s induction heater is controlled by a foot switch. Put the rivet into the induction coil, step on the foot switch to start the heating power supply and start heating. According to the size of the rivet, adjust the heating power output of the heating power supply and set the heating time. When the set time is up, the control system automatically jacks the heated rivets out of the induction coil, and a heating cycle is completed.
