1. Power Semiconductor Devices Used in Our Products

MOSFET

Characteristics: operating at high frequency, low switching losses and easy to drive

ㆍIGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor)

Characteristics: much lower conduction loss at high current lever compare with MOSFET, excellent ruggedness, low switching losses and tolerance of overloads.   

ㆍSCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier)

Characteristics: It is a type of thyristor and semi controlled device.

ㆍRectifier

Characteristics: reliable quality with tolerance of overloads

 

2. LC Series Resonance Technology


Usually, two types of circuits are used in Induction Power Supply or Generator


Current Feedback -type LC parallel resonance


Current Feedback -type LC parallel resonance

 

Voltage Feedback- type LC series resonance


Voltage Feedback- type LC series resonance

 

LC parallel resonance:


I OSC=QIDC                                VOSC=VDC                                     

VOSC: Voltage at coil                  VDC: DC voltage after rectifying   

I OSC: Current at coil                   IDC: DC current after rectifying   

ㆍCurrent feedback, high consumption duo to I OSC

ㆍNot switch on quickly at any load & temperature because voltage waveform is square wave.

 

LC Series Resonant Circuit


VOSC=QVDC                               I OSC=IDC  

VOSC: Voltage at coil                  VDC: DC voltage after rectifying   

I OSC: Current at coil                   IDC: DC current after rectifying   

 

ㆍVoltage feedback, low consumption duo to low I OSC

ㆍSwitch on quickly at any load & temperature, because Load current waveform is sine wave

 

All Induction Power Supply from TY Induction are based on LC Series Resonance technology so that our machine can save energy up to 30%.

 

3. Diode Rectification Technology


Normally there are two types of Rectification: Diode Rectification and SCR Rectification.

 

SCR Rectification:

Output power adjust at rectification circuit

Chopped mode rectifying through SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) cause:

ㆍBad power factor

ㆍMore effect to power grid.

ㆍMore ultra harmonic

Customers need add capacitance cabinet for power factor compensation

 

Diode Rectification

Output power adjust at oscillation circuit

Direct rectify through Diode without chopped mode rectifying, the advantage as follow:

ㆍGood power factor

ㆍLess effect to power grid

ㆍLess ultra harmonic.

Customers no need add capacitance cabinet for power factor compensation and save cost. Our Induction Machine is used Diode Rectification Technology so the power factor is never less 0.95

 

4. Phase-locked Loop Technology


Machine automatically tracks the frequency change at oscillation circuit, so that the frequency at oscillation circuit (LC) will always be conformable with switching frequency of IGBT. This Phase-locked technology used in our product that ensures oscillation circuit always staying resonance status. Hence the machine efficiency is always over 90%.  

 

5. Soft-switching technology (PS-ZVZCS-PWM)


The reliability of power devices depends on its loss. Lower loss of power devices ensures reliability of equipment at same time ensure power devices can work at higher frequency. We have solved this problem through Soft-switching technology. Under this technology, Power device turn on at zero voltage and turn off at zero current.
