Our company-TianYuan Induction Electric (Chengdu)Co., Ltd. has been designing and manufacturing Induction Heating Equipment since 1994. Our Induction Heating Machines are widely used in oil & gas pipelines, metal processing, automotive parts manufacturing, aerospace and other fields.
On November 14, 2025, the Induction Heating Pipe Bending Machine designed and manufactured by our company successfully completed on-site commissioning and performance verification in an oil pipeline project in Africa. Thanks to its efficient installation, excellent adaptability, and precise processing capabilities, the equipment successfully passed the buyer's acceptance, marking a breakthrough application of high-end Chinese pipeline equipment in the African market.
The Induction Heating Pipe Bending Machine delivered this time was optimized for African construction conditions and site pretreatment during the design phase. We dispatched one electrical engineer, one mechanical engineer, and one hydraulic engineer to complete the installation and commissioning within 15 days. This significantly reduces labor and time costs for overseas projects, facilitating large-scale construction in the region.
In key performance tests, the equipment successfully bent a 16-inch diameter, 21mm thick steel pipe in a single operation. Testing revealed that the ovality, wall reduction rate, and deformation all met the customer's technical requirements, while achieving zero damage to the pipe's inner wall. This achievement earned high praise from the buyer, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
