The Final Acceptance of Steel Rod Hardening and Tempering Line

One week after our after-sales engineers worked on commissioning, on March 10, 2023, the steel bar induction quenching and tempering line sold by our company to a special steel plant passed the final acceptance.
Hardening heating is progressive by Induction Power Supply of 350kw and 160kw. The tempering heating is by a induction generator of 160kw.
The whole line is controlled by Siemens PLC. Temperature is controlled by optrist infrared thermometer.
The pressure, temperature and flow of quenching fluid are under controlled.
The cold long rod is transported by auto-loader & feeder.
